Description
Cassava tubers are grated, then fried until dry and crispy with no additives. Garri can be enjoyed with a variety of side dishes when mixed with cold water, or with your favourite stew when prepared with hot water. This variety of garri is made in Ijebu (a famous place in Nigeria for quality garri) and has finer grains that are drier, crispier with a hint of tang.
